1. Turn off and depressurize the pump (power off and flush water out).

2. Open the pump head using the quick-release method or standard screws.

3. Remove the old tube and clean the tube cavity and rollers.

4. Insert the new Santoprene® H tube, ensuring it’s seated properly on both inlet and outlet ports.

5. Secure the head shut, making certain the tube seats firmly against rollers.

6. Reconnect tubing and fittings, checking for tight seals.

7. Prime the pump by running water through it until steady flow is achieved.

8. Check for leaks, adjust if necessary, and resume regular dosing schedule.
